Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at La Petite Academy. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Child Care and Education: Provide high-quality care and education to children in your classroom, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs are met.
  • Lesson Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our proprietary curriculum, promoting learning and development in children.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a smooth and supportive learning environment.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with experience working in a licensed childcare center or related field.
  • State Requirements: Meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
