We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Associate to support the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. This is a full-time regular position that will provide administrative support to the CityMatCH program, a national organization that serves as a fiscal agent and partner to the UNMC Department of Health Promotion.
Key Responsibilities- Provide complex and responsible administrative support to the CityMatCH program, including daily contact with staff and partners.
- Assist with project management, including coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other records to track program activities and outcomes.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the program team to develop and implement program strategies and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 4 years of general office experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with project management tools and databases preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in maternal and child health or a related field preferred.
