Job Summary:
AAR seeks a highly skilled Business Development Director to drive growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing new business opportunities and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to ensure AAR remains competitive in the market.
  • Liaise with industry experts to stay ahead of trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Promote AAR's mission, vision, and values to maintain a strong relationship with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Provide direction to the team to ensure goals and objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop employees to improve their ability to meet changing job requirements and customer demands.
  • Interface with other Divisional Managers as required during decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
  • Commitment to company values and ethics.
  • Dependability, with a focus on timely completion of tasks and accurate performance.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
