Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, the Client Advisor plays a crucial role in delivering a holistic approach to address the financial requirements of our clientele. Our advisors are dedicated to providing exceptional support daily, fostering client satisfaction and nurturing positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and fulfilling their expectations.
  • Track and analyze the financial performance of clients, offering insights and escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions and strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Ensure the timely and precise delivery of various reports and services, including management reports, commission summaries, royalty statements, net worth assessments, cash flow analysis, and payroll services.
  • Develop budgets and forecast estimates based on client performance metrics.
  • Prepare tax returns and oversee annual tax filing processes.
  • Supervise Client Administrators and bookkeeping personnel, reviewing tasks and approving payments as needed.
  • Address client-specific financial requests with appropriate administrative support.

Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of business management, accounting, and financial principles.
  • Familiarity with corporate and personal taxation.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks Online) and the MS Office Suite.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping and engagements, ideally with owner-managed enterprises.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Compensation commensurate with experience.
