Position Overview:

Are you a financial expert who excels in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for numbers and a keen analytical perspective? If so, we have an exceptional opportunity for you. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to contribute significantly to our financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes. Your role will involve delivering financial consulting and strategic support to upper management, which includes preparing presentations for the board, conducting financial analyses, and evaluating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning and forecasting activities for the business unit, encompassing revenue, expenses, and workforce planning.
  • Prepare, review, and disseminate monthly financial reports to senior management, offering insightful analysis.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identifying trends and analyzing the causes of unexpected variances.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to back strategic initiatives.
  • Examine complex financial data and reports to provide timely and accurate financial recommendations for management decision-making.
  • Support senior management and department heads with comprehensive analysis.
  • Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and senior management.
  • Drive process enhancements and policy development initiatives that influence the function.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, data analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exceptional accuracy and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker, highly motivated, and self-driven.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage hands-on with team members.
  • Experience working with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and financial forecasting.
  • Experience in financial modeling and analysis, including a solid understanding of financial statements.
  • Proven ability to conduct in-depth analysis and present findings to senior management.
