The Ladders is in search of a dedicated Financial Advisory Consultant with 2-4 years of experience in financial planning and a pre-existing client portfolio to become part of our well-established team.

Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience as a financial advisor.
• A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a long-term vision.
• Experience in outbound prospecting and sales.
• A willingness to learn and be coached.
• Active FINRA SIE/7/66 and insurance licenses (or plans to obtain them promptly).
• Active insurance license in California.
