Position Overview:

Are you a financial expert who excels in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for numbers and a keen analytical perspective? We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to play a pivotal role in our financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes. You will provide essential financial consulting and strategic support to senior leadership, including preparing presentations for the board, financial analysis, capital expenditure evaluations, industry comparisons, and other analytical projects as requested.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning and forecasting for the business unit, encompassing revenue, expenses, and workforce planning.
  • Prepare, review, and disseminate monthly financial reports to senior leadership, delivering insightful analysis.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and analyze unexpected variances.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Interpret complex financial data and reports to provide timely recommendations for decision-making.
  • Assist senior management and department heads with comprehensive analysis.
  • Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and senior leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, data analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; high standards of accuracy and organization.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker, highly motivated, and self-driven.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledgeable in statistical analysis and financial forecasting.
