Qualifications We Seek
  • Possession of FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses; Series 65 or 66 licenses (or the ability to obtain Series 65/66 upon hiring) and a Life Insurance license
  • A minimum of five years in Financial Services is preferred
  • A degree and/or relevant professional certifications such as CFP are advantageous


Your Role's Objective

You will deliver exceptional customer service to Fidelity's most esteemed clients. Through regular communication and collaboration, you will play a vital role on the Wealth Management team, directly assisting Advisors in expanding and enhancing their business.

  • Managing incoming calls and emails from a dedicated client base and collaborating on client communications
  • Addressing a variety of client needs, including inquiries about mutual funds, asset allocation, brokerage services, tax-free and deferred investments, trust and estate planning, as well as income and retirement strategies
  • Collaborating with Advisors to implement a structured client contact strategy and promote annual reviews
  • Identifying opportunities for asset consolidation and/or the development of High Net Worth products, along with other sophisticated offerings
  • Conducting preliminary guidance discussions with clients that align with the overall strategies crafted by the Financial Consultant
  • Assisting with pre- and post-guidance meetings; following up to clarify client meeting objectives and prepare for future discussions

As a committed team member, utilizing a dynamic and tailored approach, this Wealth Management Planning Consultant will help achieve the long-term goals of our most discerning clientele.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 annually. Placement within this range will depend on job responsibilities, geographic location, relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only one component of the total compensation package. Depending on the role and eligibility criteria, the offer may also include bonuses or other variable compensation.
