Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Civil Engineering Project Manager, you will oversee a variety of projects, ensuring each is managed with accuracy and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing the quality of work performed by junior staff and guiding engineers and CAD technicians in their technical designs.
- Sharing staff and resources across multiple offices for project execution.
- Leading projects to meet schedules and budgets by utilizing the best combination of in-house staff and subconsultants.
- Representing the firm in client interactions, preparing and presenting qualifications, price proposals, and contracts.
- Driving business development by actively seeking new opportunities and nurturing relationships with prospects and clients.
- Managing client invoicing, including following up on accounts and providing explanations for billed items.
- Analyzing project write-offs to identify causes and developing strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Upholding the firm's quality control standards and applying them diligently to assigned projects and client work.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with 10 years of experience in project management and engineering design. A Professional Engineer license is required. Additionally, you should:

- Navigate state and federal policies and procedures with ease.
- Demonstrate proven business development and client relationship management skills.
- Exhibit strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Be knowledgeable about structural components, construction methods, materials, and code requirements.
- Analyze hydrogeologic data to assess and determine the hydrogeological setting.
- Develop design and construction plans with meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
