Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily leasing functions for new developments and major renovation initiatives.
- Ensure effective collaboration between leasing and construction teams by managing unit availability and leasing timelines alongside project managers.
- Engage potential residents through detailed virtual and in-person property tours, articulating features and amenities in an engaging manner.
- Promote all available units through authorized channels, ensuring listings are precise, attractive, and generating interest.
- Proactively suggest innovative sales and marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants, enhance closing ratios, and achieve or surpass occupancy targets.
- Evaluate and authorize rental applications in accordance with established criteria.
- Prepare, review, and finalize lease agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and processed promptly.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally: build relationships, work together, and resolve issues with various teams as necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through all communication channels (in-person, phone, email, text).
- Complete move-in documentation, verify properties are ready for occupancy, and ensure new residents are satisfied with their homes.
- Assist Senior Managers in establishing market rents, setting leasing objectives, and managing the renewal process.
- Contribute to online content for property listings, websites, and social media platforms.
- Gain insights into our properties in comparison to competitors and effectively communicate advantages to clients.
- Learn and adhere to all Fair Housing regulations, including local, state, and federal laws (training provided).
- Be adaptable, ready to assist wherever necessary.

- Minimum of three years in leasing, property management, or real estate experience OR a bachelor's degree.
- Three years of direct sales experience in any field (preferred).
- Experience with new construction lease-ups (preferred).
