We are seeking a skilled Analytical Instrumentation Specialist to provide engineering support for microwave digestion products, mercury analyzers, and clean chemistry solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities and a customer-focused approach to resolve client issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Provide remote technical support via phone and email to clients with analytical instrumentation issues.
  • Dispatch: Create and dispatch work orders as necessary, provide quotations for non-contract work orders, and ensure timely service and client communication.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service interactions and update documentation in SharePoint.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field. Additionally, 2-5 years of experience in technical customer support or electromechanical repair for analytical instrumentation is preferred.
