Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Integration Business Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the OneLM Transformation program. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our HR payroll processes. You will have the opportunity to design and implement efficient solutions that drive business outcomes, work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, and expand your skillset through hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and processes.

This is a full-time remote position with a 4x10 hour day schedule, offering flexible work schedules and comprehensive benefits. The estimated salary for this position is $85,900 - $161,900 per year, depending on the location. If you have an in-depth knowledge of SAP ECP modules, experience in SAP ECP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment, and strong SQL skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support the ECP system to ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Capture and document functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, deliver, and test solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP ECP modules, including Payroll processing and configuration, Payroll rules and regulations, reporting and analytics.
  • Experience in SAP ECP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in SAP ECP configuration and implementation tools.
