About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Enterprise Sales to join our team at adMarketplace. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with and gain interest from decision-makers who control $10MM in advertising budget.
  • Lead a high-performing team with a focus on development and performance management.
  • Manage and coach sellers to identify, engage, and acquire new customers effectively.
  • Pitch solutions, not products; comfortable securing prospective clients' ad budgets, market goals, and performance tracking data assets.
  • Conduct substantial research on clients to bolster outreach and pitches.
  • Carry-forward our product offering and position in the digital advertising industry, representing our company at industry conferences and events to win new clients.
  • Customize pitches as sales presentation decks.
  • Collaborate across in-house departments to ensure your clients' ongoing and often changing needs are continuously met.
  • Maintain accurate and updated CRM data via Salesforce.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; 8 to 10+ years as a strong performer in enterprise and/or large customer sales.
  • 3-5 years of management experience; currently managing 5+ high-performing sellers.
  • Ability to craft and deliver development feedback to grow individuals and teams.
  • Strong sales, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively execute on discovery, objection handling, and closing with decision-makers at multiple levels within an organization.
  • Experience solution selling to key stakeholders at brands and agencies across multiple disciplines, including media, analytics, and finance.
  • Consultative analytical and data-driven problem solver that can comfortably navigate complex customer conversations.
  • Experience in owning sales P&L responsibilities, including expense management and commission structure.
  • Proven results on securing multi-million dollar long-term partnerships domestically and/or globally.
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, and relationship-building experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; bonus if also comfortable with Google Slides and Salesforce.
  • Will be a quick-study on the search/pay-per-click/performance advertising market, as well as its dovetailing with brand marketing.
  • Can ask tough, thoughtful questions and be relentlessly competitive with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Highly analytical mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in performance media and/or eCommerce business model.
  • Fluency in Media Math metrics and a working knowledge of measurement methodologies, including MMM, MTA, and LTA.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace.
