Role Summary

BridgePoint Associates is seeking a dedicated Planned Giving Officer to enhance our fundraising efforts. This role is pivotal in expanding our planned giving strategies and will involve engaging with potential donors to foster meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete fundraising process for a designated group of planned giving prospects and donors.
  • Maintain a balanced portfolio while ensuring effective moves management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and attract new donors.
  • Design and execute strategies for donor cultivation.
  • Prepare donor communications, including proposals and stewardship reports.
  • Leverage wealth screening tools to identify new prospects.
  • Travel for donor meetings and organizational events as needed.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a focus on planned giving.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of formal education.
  • Proven track record in managing the complete fundraising lifecycle for planned gifts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
