Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to 12-15 patients per day
- Participate in daily huddles with the care team to discuss patient cases and share medical expertise
- Collaborate with Advanced Practitioners and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct patient visits in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on direct patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in primary care
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree
- Valid, unrestricted medical license in the state of desired employment
- Current, unrestricted DEA license
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
- Two to five years of directly applicable experience preferred
- Guaranteed base salary with 20% bi-annual quality incentive
- Total compensation up to $300,000
- Excellent benefit package, including health insurance, CME allowance/time, occurrence-based malpractice insurance, relocation and sign-on bonus options, 401(k) with employer match, life insurance/disability, paid time off/holidays, and minimal call
