About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Mobility Benefits Specialist to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper. As a key member of our benefits team, you will be responsible for the administration of our US benefits, specifically relocation, financial management, and health and welfare support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Mobility Process Management
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the global mobility process, serving as the single point of contact for HR and Talent Acquisition on all US/Global relocations.
    • Review and approve relocation requests, providing cost estimates as needed, in accordance with established policies.
    • Manage the semi-annual COLA process for expats, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
    • Periodically review and update KDP's global mobility policies to ensure they align with the company's expense, strategy, and workforce needs.
    • Collaborate with our global mobility vendor to ensure a smooth experience for KDP employees relocating or transferring between locations.
  • Benefits Administration and Financial Management
    • Responsible for the reporting, reconciliation, and financial management of KDP's health and welfare plans and programs.
    • Develop and monitor our annual benefits budget, requiring ongoing reporting and reconciliation, and interacting closely with our finance and accounting teams, and senior management and external vendor partners.
    • Coordinate and manage our accounting process and governance associated with our benefit programs.
    • Review, payment, and reconciliation of health and welfare invoices.
    • Identify trends and partner with the Benefits team to make strategic recommendations.
  • Health and Welfare Support
    • Serve as a Benefits subject matter expert to communicate benefit offerings to leadership and employees.
    • Review and interpret legal documents, such as Summary Plan Documents and Collectively Bargained Agreements, seeking guidance as needed.
    • Assist with RFI/RFP project management for new vendor implementation.
    • Aid employees with claim issues and resolving benefit-related issues in a timely manner.
    • Assist with specific projects, such as the fall open enrollment and implementation of various benefit programs.
    • Assist the union analyst as needed on cost analysis comparisons, review of Collective Bargaining Agreements, etc.
    • Create and maintain Policy Documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all benefit processes.
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, etc.
    • Knowledge of pertinent Benefits-related federal and state regulations (DOL, IRS, ERISA, Social Security) including filing, reporting, and compliance requirements.
