Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Lessing's Hospitality Group. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, including billing, employee onboarding, payroll submission, and other tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, including billing, employee onboarding, and payroll submission
  • Review and upload invoices through PlateIQ
  • Perform bank deposit drops as needed and enter deposits into the Accounting program
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new employees in our ATS and Onboarding system
  • Work with the HR/Payroll Manager to ensure accurate time and attendance information for weekly payroll
  • Communicate with the Corporate office regarding new vendors, insurance forms, permit information, and other matters
  • Process weekly packets with petty cash, payout receipts, copies of invoices, and deposit tickets for the Corporate Office in NY
  • Support the Catering and Operations teams by communicating with clients as needed
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in Office Administration or a similar position
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Gmail)
  • Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
