Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales cycle from interest to contract award, managing the entire process with precision and expertise.
  • Develop and execute capture plans, building win themes and shaping teaming and solutioning efforts.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective business through strategic networking, cold-calling, and industry relationships.
  • Coordinate company resources to deliver high-quality responses to RFI/Sources Sought, White Papers, technical demonstrations, and RFPs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales presentations for targeted accounts and consistently re-visit existing customers to reinforce value and introduce new innovations.
  • Provide actionable customer feedback to internal departments and leaders to enhance solutions offerings.
  • Consult with prospective clients to propose tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams during program execution to ensure client needs are met.
  • Represent Arcfield at industry events, thought leadership opportunities, and conventions to increase visibility and thought leadership.
  • Schedule and facilitate regular deal reviews to ensure adherence to established growth and capture cadence.
Qualifications Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field with 12-15 years of experience.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and poly.
  • Demonstrated leadership of complex organizations, including government and corporate settings.
  • Proven experience leading captures end-to-end, from identification to proposal.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and developing customized client solution-based presentations.
  • Experience managing a business pipeline with opportunities equal to or greater than 4x annual sales.
  • Demonstrated experience building, developing, and leading business development teams with a proven track record of winning new business.
  • Experience leading and shaping captures with NRO and/or NGA.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with GovWin and Salesforce.
