Position Overview

The DHA Facilities Operations Training Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the training and educational initiatives for the DHA Facility Operations Branch (FOB). This position requires close collaboration with DHA Leadership to create, enhance, and implement educational materials tailored for the DHA Facilities Enterprise.

The primary location for this role is in San Antonio, TX, with some travel obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation and organization of training and educational programs
  • Establish and maintain communication with DHA Leadership
  • Develop and curate a comprehensive training content library
  • Assist in formulating a detailed training Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Plan and facilitate Facility Managers Courses
  • Coordinate quarterly educational webinars for Facility Managers
  • Monitor training progress and completion rates
  • Collaborate on the development of Joint Knowledge Online coursework
  • Evaluate client training objectives and design customized training solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of five years in Healthcare Facilities Operations
  • General understanding of Department of Defense operations
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Active NACI clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Experience in Healthcare Facilities Management

Compensation: Commensurate with skills and experience
