Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's objectives, identifying key growth areas, target markets, and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of business development specialists to achieve individual and team goals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to foster professional development and maximize performance.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, leveraging your network to generate leads, secure partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives and provide insights and feedback to support product and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of 2-5 years in a business development or sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
