Client Success Strategist, Enterprise

We're looking for a skilled Client Success Strategist to join our team at Spectrum. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.
Spectrum offers a comprehensive pay and benefits package that rewards employees for their contributions to our success, supports all aspects of their well-being, and delivers real value at every stage of life. This position has a base pay of $47,800.00 and $94,900.00, and comes with a commission earnings target starting at $65,100. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Responsibilities- You will partner with current and former clients to connect them with beneficial combinations of our solutions.
- After completing our award-winning training, you will use consultative sales techniques to provide dedicated account management while working on strategic sales.
- You will develop long-term client relationships to support renewal and upsell opportunities.
- You will deliver product proposals and presentations to key decision-makers to close deals.
- You will field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Two or more years of B2B sales experience as a proven sales performer.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of computer networking, internet solutions and fiber connected networks.
- Strong relationship building, negotiation, closing and English communication skills.
- The ability to manage change and shifting priorities.
- Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities.
