About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Group Strategy Manager to join our team at Marriott. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for evaluating business opportunities and determining optimal pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate business opportunities and determine optimal pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Facilitate the evaluation process to ensure a fast and accurate response to all sales leads.
  • Develop and manage short and long-term group and catering strategies for the property.
  • Conduct need date evaluations and communicate information to Market Strategy and Revenue Analysis.
  • Conduct Diary Audit and create group and catering forecasts for the property.
  • Enter, transcribe, record, store, or maintain information in written or electronic form.
  • Identify the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
  • Generate and provide accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
  • Analyze information, identify current and potential problems, and propose solutions.
  • Submit reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $108,000 to $137,000 annually.
  • Annual bonus eligibility.
