Qualifications

  • Active PMP certification along with PMI-ACP, CSM, or an equivalent credential.
  • Over 7 years of experience managing service-oriented application enhancement projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience utilizing process mining and modeling tools.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies and overseeing high-tech initiatives.
  • More than 8 years of IT program management experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong background in stakeholder engagement.
