About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team at StretchLab San Antonio. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a sales process that includes lead generation, setting up first visits, closing membership sales, and follow-ups to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the sales team in meeting monthly sales goals by generating a minimum of 100 organic leads from community outreach and establishing relationships with community partners.
  • Conduct successful first visits with new clients, establishing relationships, and targeting individual goals and needs.
  • Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production and present available services to current or prospective members.
  • Book and quality first visits to achieve monthly sales quotas and participate in special events to promote the club.
  • Utilize lead management systems and meet minimum daily call goals with prospective clients to book intros.
  • Attend and complete all relevant training programs and take pictures for social media platforms to manage accounts.
  • Perform light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent social media skills, with the ability to build creative content and post daily.
  • Prefer candidates with a general understanding of anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, exercise science, or physical therapy.
  • Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and stretch services.
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative, with excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills and occasional travel may be required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, and authorization to work in the United States required.
