The StretchLab team is actively searching for a dedicated Membership Sales Associate who is enthusiastic about driving membership growth and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance our expanding community. This role offers a competitive hourly wage along with an attractive commission structure.

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Membership Sales Associate will support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly targets related to client assessments, services, and new memberships. Key responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients and scheduling mobility assessments for our stretching programs. It is essential to follow a structured sales process to present suitable membership options tailored to each client's needs. During initial visits, the associate will educate clients about our offerings, ensure a positive experience, and guide them through the sales process to the right membership choice. Additionally, the Sales Associate will play a vital role in member retention by providing outstanding service to existing members, engaging in event marketing, and assisting with social media management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in social media, with the ability to create engaging content and post regularly.
  • Preferred candidates will have a basic understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, or related fields.
  • A warm, inviting, and engaging personality is crucial.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with customers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales in memberships and services.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in approach.
  • Capability to learn and utilize management software effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and through digital channels.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills are required.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary to manage multiple locations.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
  • Availability to work on weekends is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Implement the sales process, including lead generation, initial visits, closing sales, and follow-ups.
  • Assist the team in generating a minimum of 100 organic leads through community outreach.
  • Build relationships with community partners and organize a minimum of 8 promotional events monthly.
  • Conduct successful initial visits with new clients, focusing on their individual goals and needs.
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales performance.
  • Present available services to prospective and current members.
  • Schedule and ensure quality initial visits to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in special events to promote the studio.
  • Utilize lead management systems and meet daily call goals with potential clients.
  • Complete all necessary training programs.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
  • Perform light cleaning duties in the studio as needed.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
