About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team at StretchLab. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a sales process that includes lead generation, setting up first visits, closing membership sales, and follow-ups
  • Assist the sales team in meeting monthly sales goals and targets
  • Establish relationships with community partners and schedule pop-up events to promote our services
  • Conduct successful first visits with new clients, building relationships and targeting individual goals and needs
  • Maintain a high level of personal sales production and meet monthly sales quotas
  • Present available services to current or prospective members and book first visits to achieve sales targets
  • Participate in special events, such as health fairs and grand openings, to promote our services
  • Utilize our lead management system and meet daily call goals with prospective clients to book introductions
  • Attend and complete all relevant training programs
  • Take photos for social media platforms and manage accounts
  • Perform light cleaning duties in the retail area, studio, and restrooms
Requirements
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong social media skills, with the ability to create engaging content
  • Prefer candidates with a general understanding of anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, exercise science, or physical therapy
  • Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented with a strong ability to achieve sales targets
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Ability to learn and use our management software system
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and via email
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Authorization to work in the United States required
