Job OpportunityRHP Properties, a leading real estate investment firm, is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining community relationships, and supporting the Community Manager in various administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community residents, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  • Assist the Community Manager in entering data into the management software program, completing guest cards, and tracking lead information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date community office files, including state and local requirements.
  • Inventory, order, and verify receipt of office supplies, ensuring continuous customer sales and service.
  • Document telephone conversations, visits, and presentations to maintain existing customers and build a book of business for potential residents.
  • Work collaboratively with the Community Manager in new and used home sales, presenting homes to potential residents as needed.
  • Ensure residents' privacy and property preservation, complying with Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-year general office experience required; 1-year sales experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on detail-oriented and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Valid operator's license, maintenance of a good driving record, and insurability under the Company's policy.
