Job Description

At Loffler Companies, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Services Representative I to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by performing a wide range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfillment: Pack and prepare materials for shipment and distribution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Mail Services: Receive, sort, and deliver mail to client specifications, using designated control systems to maintain accuracy.
  • Copying/Printing: Produce, finish, and deliver finished products based on end-user requests, utilizing Loffler-provided software to schedule and bill print/copy jobs.
  • Scanning: Scan originals into client-designated locations, maintaining high levels of output and accuracy.
  • Reception: Answer phones, greet clients and visitors, and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Hospitality: Set up conferences and events, clean, stock, and prep client meeting areas.
  • Courier: Deliver items within and outside client locations.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Use shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and client systems to receive and ship client items.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Works well under pressure and achieves deadlines.
  • Ability to work with detailed information accurately.
  • Ability to communicate both written and orally.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
