Key Responsibilities:- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular assessments of our health and wellness programs to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Learning and Development: Design and deliver training programs for our staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in health and wellness.
- Resource Management: Oversee the procurement and maintenance of our fitness equipment and facilities to ensure they meet the needs of our members.
- Program Development: Develop and implement new health and wellness programs that address the diverse needs of our members.
- Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in health and wellness.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as exercise science or public health.
