Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hyper Wellness Representative to join our team in Manhattan, NYC. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming clients, promoting membership sales, and administering services. You will also assist with day-to-day operations, retention, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct studio tours and deliver exceptional sales and service experiences to clients
  • Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits and precautions
  • Meet and exceed key performance sales indicators for membership sales, renewals, and retail sales
  • Onboard new clients, including completion of medical waivers and guest profiles
  • Field incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer general questions
  • Assist with outgoing calls to clients for notification of promotions and events
  • Ensure a safe and clean studio environment for members and guests
  • Promote enthusiasm for health and wellness and the Restore brand
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a similar role
  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong teamwork mentality
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
