Job Title: Director, Business Development

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving business growth and expansion within assigned territories. The successful candidate will develop and execute a growth strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy to increase partner RFPs and Paradies businesses.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and operations stakeholders to develop Paradies roadmaps for bringing intelligent and evolving airport retail to market.
  • Anticipate and communicate emerging marketing trends and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of the platform.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key technical decision-makers at the VP and C-level, as well as other appropriate levels.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting revenues, and providing regular activity reports to management.
  • Evaluate the competitive landscape to continually enhance product offerings and provide input on product solutions to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or higher.
  • Tenacious and hard-working, self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with little supervision.
  • Passionate about brands and loyalty.
  • Continuous learner, curious, stays one step ahead of the client, and trusted advisor.
  • Charismatic, well-presented, and articulate.
  • Comfortable working independently and working remotely with support/delivery team and leadership.

  • Interest or experience with public speaking.
