Full Time Director of Recruiting

A rapidly growing healthcare company, BHIRED, is seeking a Director of Recruiting to spearhead the creation of their recruitment and talent acquisition department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Oversee talent acquisition operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with leaders to understand talent needs and deliver quality candidates.
  • Partner with community resources to continuously network with new talent.
  • Monitor industry recruitment strategies to ensure competitiveness.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, operational savvy, data analysis, motivation, and energy.
  • Broad market knowledge in talent planning, acquisition, and integration.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing premier talent recruitment systems in high-growth organizations.
  • Expertise in recruitment marketing and attracting top talent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with applicant tracking systems and advanced HR/recruitment technologies.
  • Experience with creative sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent.
  • Healthcare experience preferred, especially in high-volume environments.

Compensation: $95k - $125k/Year
