Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at MRINetwork Jobs. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all phases of assigned projects, including preparing and managing schedules, estimating change orders, and negotiating all change orders and maintaining change order logs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all phases of assigned projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, including developing and maintaining project timelines and milestones.
  • Estimate change orders and negotiate with clients to ensure fair and reasonable pricing.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, including project budgets, expenses, and change order logs.
  • Interface with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure project success.
  • Perform project punch-list inspections and issue punch lists to relevant subcontractors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and project success.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on large-scale commercial, institutional, or government projects.
  • Proven track record of project management success, including experience with project controls, cost estimation, and negotiation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead productive meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
