KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in developing essential project processes and client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the project team to create site logistics plans.
  • Support the management of subcontractors and maintain contract understanding.
  • Oversee the submission, change order, and payment request processes.
  • Help generate project costs and maintain job cost reports.
  • Contribute to quarterly total cost projections and monitor training for all personnel.
  • Assist in preconstruction services and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • General knowledge of construction practices is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in diverse environments.
  • Experience with subcontractors and self-perform work is advantageous.
  • Ability to navigate job sites and lift objects up to 50lbs.
