Position Overview:
Chipton-Ross is currently seeking two experienced Supply Chain Management Analysts for a contract role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate changes and strategic planning to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Utilize Supply Chain Management (SCM) techniques to ensure effective coordination within the global supply chain.
- Analyze intricate material requirements and verify the integration of Bills of Material into production schedules.
- Assess part number specifications and initiate, coordinate, and authorize order releases based on system requirements and resource availability.
- Ensure timely delivery and document any order delays while addressing schedule adherence challenges.
- Develop and manage inventory strategies, optimizing stock levels and analyzing excess inventory.
- Conduct audits and create schedules for products and services.
- Assist in estimating and scheduling for new business initiatives.
- Implement and sustain process enhancements by evaluating and establishing best practices in materials management to boost SCM efficiency.
- Operate under general supervision.

Essential Requirements:
- Consistent and reliable attendance is mandatory.

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data collection from diverse sources, conducting analysis, and presenting findings.
- At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively in team settings.
- Direct experience with supplier interactions or supplier management.
- Familiarity with cross-functional team dynamics.
- Previous client-facing experience is advantageous.

Educational Background:
Accredited Bachelor's degree with typically 6 or more years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with typically 4 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Schedule:
Full-time position with first shift hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
