  • Perform data analysis to compare actual outcomes against the Master Production Schedule.
  • Provide recommendations and implement solutions based on value stream data analysis to support various programs and business units.
  • Advance innovative technological concepts and guide their development to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Coordinate and authorize order releases by assessing system requirements and resource availability.
  • Implement and sustain process improvements and standardized practices to enhance supply chain performance.
  • Support the integration of changes and planning decisions to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Verify and incorporate engineering and production schedules into supply chain operational plans.
  • Collaborate with supply chain units and other functions to achieve objectives and establish performance standards.

Essential Qualifications:
Successful candidates will possess:
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or materials management.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain forecasting.
  • 5+ years of experience interpreting Bills of Materials.
  • 5+ years of experience with industry-standard ERP systems, particularly SAP.

Preferred Qualifications:
Desirable skills include:
  • 1+ years of experience in supplier management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 1+ years of experience with SAP/4HANA.
  • Experience leading teams through supply chain integrations.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems.
  • Collaborative and proactive work style with strong communication skills.

Education:
An accredited Bachelor's degree with typically 10 or more years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with typically 8 or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
