HVAC Sales Representative

Job Title: HVAC Counter Sales
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused HVAC Counter Sales professional to join our team at Cregger Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction by efficiently and courteously assisting return customers, walk-ins, and telephone customers in the selection and acquisition of needed products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service customers at the counter by taking orders and entering them into the system accurately.
- Provide product, pricing, and availability information to customers using electronic and published catalogs.
- Follow company pricing and credit guidelines.
- Quickly solve customer problems and retrieve orders from the warehouse accurately.
- Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales, and offering promotional sales items.
- Promote and sell overages, damaged, and discontinued items.
- Handle customer complaints and returns while showing a positive attitude.
- Keep merchandising and counter areas clean and attractive.
- Assist in scheduled physical inventory counts.
- Drive sales activity through outbound sales calls as directed by management.
- Participate in company-sponsored sales promotions.
- Work with other departments to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Prior HVAC experience
