Business Development Representative

At Interim HealthCare, we're seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for marketing our home care services to potential referral sources and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities.
- Develop and implement account development strategies to sell to and secure growth in account market share.
- Use our contact management system to track and report on activity, and monitor account development status.
- Work with our VP of Strategic Development to establish and monitor the process to track all referral activity.
- Develop and work a quarterly business plan for key accounts.
- Meet with operational managers to monitor customer service levels and review identified target accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business-related subject or equivalent years of training and work experience.
- Five years successful sales experience with comparable customers, preferably healthcare services.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels within and outside the company.
- Demonstrated familiarity with home healthcare services, referral sources, and payors.
- Computer and Internet literacy.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational and detail skills.
- Demonstrated ability to accomplish goals under short deadlines, changing priorities, and minimal resources.
