Software Sales Representative

At CMS Imaging Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our CMS Security and Medical Imaging Software Sales at a rate to meet or exceed sales goals within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Emphasize and demonstrate product features based on analyses of customer needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches and sales presentations.
- Negotiate prices or terms of sales and contract agreements.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Ensure sales compliance of software OEM compliance and ethics rules.
- Visit clinical establishments to evaluate needs and to define appropriate product and service solutions.
- Maintain the proper registration of opportunities and customer records, using automated systems.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
- Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications.
- Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs.
- Select or assist customers in selecting products based on customer needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Ensure compliance of pricing isolation through operations is accomplished through technical sales quotation oversight of quotation with Technical Quoter.
- Prepare sales presentations or proposals to explain product specifications or applications.
- Prepare and implement marketing plans to profitably support sales efforts and those of customer.
- Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork.
- Maintain marketing materials and technical sales documentation.
- Identify prospective customers by cold calling and by using business directories, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, or trade show or conference attendance.
- Collaborate with customer to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.
- Advise clients on product usage to improve patient results.
- Study documentation or other information for new medical products.
- Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
- Contact current or potential customers to promote products and services.
- Gather customer and product information to determine customer needs.
- Sell products or services.
- Prepare sales or other contracts.
- Maintain records of customer accounts.
- Answer customer questions about security and medical software.
- Explain technical product or service information to customers.
- Demonstrate products to consumers.
- Discuss design or technical features of products or services with technical personnel.
- Develop content for sales presentations or other materials.
- Identify potential customers.
- Share sales-related or market information with colleagues.
- Study product information to acquire professional knowledge.
- Distribute promotional literature or samples to customers.
- Attend events to develop professional knowledge.
- Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
- Explain financial information to customers.
Requirements:

- Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information.
- Establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.
- Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
