Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and charismatic Business Development Manager to join our team in Chicago. As a key player in the corporate meetings and events space, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Research and qualify prospective clients to develop targeted sales strategies
  • Manage lead pipelines and nurture existing client relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Design and implement marketing solutions to promote our services to clients using Hubspot and Zoominfo, with a focus on workflow automation and sequence development
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our value proposition
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the corporate event planning or similar business service industry, with a strong track record of sales success
  • At least 3 years of business development experience, with a full sales cycle understanding
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM and Canva is a significant advantage
