Your Role:
As an Administrative Coordinator within the Operational Excellence team, you will be essential in maintaining the seamless operation of our department and supporting initiatives aimed at driving quality improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Operational Excellence Team, including the Vice President and Chief Quality Officers.
2. Coordinate office operations, manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle correspondence with a focus on confidentiality and discretion.
3. Oversee the executive office, including calendar management and meeting preparation.
4. Collaborate with the executive assistant team to provide project support as required.
5. Address colleague inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely follow-up.
6. Manage onboarding processes for new hires, including the arrangement of office equipment and access support.
7. Coordinate travel logistics as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
