We are currently in search of a Configuration Management Analyst, Journeyman to join our team. The selected candidate will support the daily operations of the Program Office.


Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the CM/DM Team, you will:
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data related to software, aircraft, and product programs.
  • Assist the Lead Configuration Manager in upholding configuration control of acquisition products and data while tracking configuration modifications.
  • Support the creation of Engineering Change Proposals.
  • Utilize the PMA-281 Configuration Management Plan as the primary documentation source for Configuration Management.
  • Implement government-mandated processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.

Configuration Management Execution:
Plan and implement configuration management in accordance with the EIA-649 (Series) Configuration Management Standard, EIA-649-1 Configuration Management Requirements for Defense Contractors, and the GEIA-HD-649 (Series) Configuration Management Standard Implementation Guide.

Assist in maintaining a data repository to manage, control access, and distribute data to authorized personnel.


Additional Duties:
In this role, you will also:
  • Support the maintenance of CM databases.
  • Edit CCB packages.
  • Document meeting minutes.
  • Maintain the Concurrency tracker.
  • Oversee CDRL Deliverables on the CDRL Tool site, ensuring completeness of documentation and tracking activities with CDRL Owners/Reviewers.
  • Manage the CDRL Tracker for individual contracts and delivery orders.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook and Word, along with familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Planner, Lists, OneNote, and SharePoint is advantageous.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in duties outlined in the functional description.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or allowable substitutions, which include an Associate's Degree plus four years of additional relevant work experience, or six years of additional relevant work experience without a degree.

Preferred Experience:
At least 2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs is desirable. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitive nature of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
