Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Service Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our service delivery model, driving revenue growth, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the management of service center operations, including revenue, sales, profit, human resource activities, training, and compliance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure uncompromised service to customers and team members, aligning with our company's vision, mission, and core values.
  • Leadership: Foster a consistent culture of safety, drive commitments to provide uncompromised customer service, and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Management: Create and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and sales budgets, manage daily and monthly production goals, and adhere to company pricing and sales guidelines.
  • Human Resources: Manage accounts receivable, process accounts payable invoices and checks for accuracy, manage cash funds, company credit cards, and expense reports, and maintain effective staffing levels.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with product labels, licensing, recurring training requirements, and existing company policies, and maintain records within company and government guidelines.
  • Operations: Manage and maintain fleet, equipment, and material inventory, conduct routine check-ins of team members, and troubleshoot customer accounts.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Industry experience preferred, with demonstrated leadership abilities and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Effectively operate internal applications and software, including Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based portals.
  • Education: High school degree or equivalency, with a college degree preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Constant mobility, including walking, crawling, stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting, looking, probing, climbing, pushing, pulling, balancing, stretching, and standing for long periods.
  • Environmental Factors: Work both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions, with exposure to vegetation, dust, dirt, insects, and animal remains.
