We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Surgical Services to lead our surgical team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our surgical department, ensuring that we provide exceptional patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of 6 OR suites, 2 OB OR's, and 2 endoscopy suites, with plans to add two additional OR's within the next 18 months.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve surgical efficiency, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
  • Collaborate with our physician-led team to provide unit-based education and evidence-based practice education.
  • Manage a team of staff to ensure that we meet our high standards of patient care and service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in surgical services leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving surgical efficiency, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with our physician-led team.
