Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive mental health programs that meet the needs of our clients, including behavioral health assessments, counseling, and case management.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train a team of mental health professionals, including clinicians, group leaders, and case managers, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality services.
  • Collaboration with Clinical Staff: Work closely with our clinical staff to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the quality of our mental health services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to ensure we are meeting the highest standards of care.
  • Community Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and agencies to ensure our clients have access to a range of services and resources.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in mental health services, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Licensure and Certification: Fully licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, with current certification in a relevant area, such as crisis intervention or trauma-informed care.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including clients, staff, and community partners.
  • Leadership and Management: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and train staff, manage budgets, and make strategic decisions.
