Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review credit memos, financial reports, and other documentation to support loan decisions.
  • Manage the bank's credit files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Order and review appraisals, environmental assessments, and other reports as required.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting packages for the Management Loan Committee and Executive Loan Committee.
  • Provide backup support for the recording secretary, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of meeting minutes.
  • Gather and provide information to Commercial Relationship Managers as needed.
  • Perform monthly residential construction inspections.
  • Prepare criticized loan asset reports and distribute Credit Quality meeting materials.
  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal rules, regulations, and laws.
  • Stay up-to-date on the bank's products and services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in a credit department, commercial lending support role, loan processing, mortgage processing, or underwriting.
