Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to join our Environment and Health department, specifically our Air & Climate team. As a key member of this team, you will support clients with complex and challenging environmental issues, maintaining client relationships and managing the development of deliverables to meet client needs in an efficient manner.

- Manage projects, clients, and regulatory agency relations.
- Critically review and interpret local, state, and federal environmental regulations, compiling and drafting regulatory applicability determinations, and communicating findings to coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Estimate emissions and conduct engineering evaluations of air pollution sources.
- Oversee the preparation of comprehensive federal and state air permit application materials.
- Serve as the technical lead overseeing Consultant-level staff on complex projects.
- Participate in local, national, and international scientific and trade group meetings.
- Conduct site visits.
- Meet Ramboll and client safety training and workplace safety requirements.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in air quality and a passion for creating sustainable solutions. You will have a B.S. or M.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering or a science discipline, with 15+ years of air quality experience, largely in a consulting environment. You will be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, and be able to interpret and apply environmental regulations to real-world situations.
