KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Holders ensure our store is always ready for customers and are responsible for the following:
- Opening and closing the store (managing alarm systems)
- Preparing cash registers for daily operations.
- Balancing cash registers at the end of the day.
- Preparing deposits and managing safe funds.
- Assisting with customer service issues at the registers, including price adjustments and refunds.
- Acting as Leader on Duty when necessary.
- Ensuring daily operational tasks are completed.
- Resolving customer-related issues while in the Leader on Duty role.
- Executing emergency procedures as required.
- Managing freight receiving and documentation.
- Preparing balloon orders for the following day.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
- Conducting daily audits.
- Engaging with team communications and updates.
- Frequent physical activity, including bending and standing for extended periods.
