KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Holders ensure our store is always ready for customers and are responsible for the following:
- Opening and closing the store (alarm management)
- Preparing cash registers for the day
- Balancing cash registers at the end of the day
- Preparing deposits and managing safe counts
- Assisting with customer service at registers, including price adjustments and refunds
- Acting as Leader on Duty when necessary
- Ensuring daily tasks are completed as assigned
- Resolving customer issues while in the LOD role
- Executing emergency procedures as needed
- Receiving and logging freight
- Preparing balloon orders for the next day
- Maintaining store cleanliness (sales floor, backroom, etc.)
- Conducting daily audits
- Reviewing communications and responding to messages
- Frequent physical activity including kneeling and standing for extended periods.
