Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and create travel itineraries for senior staff members.
  • Screen calls, manage office mail and email, and ensure accurate and timely correspondence.
  • Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, conferences, and events, including travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including directors, managers, and team members.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to access company systems, compose correspondence, and create presentation charts.
  • Assure administrative detail on all projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports, submit catering requests, and maintain office equipment.
  • Perform additional special assignments as required, partnering with the supply chain staff and supporting business operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/combined education, along with specialized training in relevant job functions.
  • Three years of relevant experience in administrative support, preferably in a senior role.
  • Experience arranging large meetings and conferences, as well as travel arrangements.
  • Ability to analyze trends in data and report information to key stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated commitment to mission success and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Task-oriented and experienced working to deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of Lockheed Martin's supply chain and experience with TEAMS, Share Point, and Confluence.
